Care Plus
NJ Staff Recognized for Dedication in Working with Children

PARAMUS, N.J.
Care Plus NJ staff members
Jaime Arlia, Director, Family Education and Protective Services, and Sabrina
Coppola Program Manager, Visitation Services, recently received an
Award of Appreciation from New
Jersey’s Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS).
Jaime and Sabrina work closely with the Bergen South DYFS staff to
provide comprehensive care for DYFS-involved children and teens in Bergen
County. The Bergen South DYFS local
office honored Jaime and Sabrina at an all-staff meeting.
The programming of Care Plus NJ strives to prevent out-of-home placement by
providing short-term, intensive in-home family education and crisis intervention
to families with child(ren) at risk of out-of-home placement, or who are being
reunified from out-of-home placement.
Care Plus also provides a structured, therapeutic environment for parents
to have weekly visits with their children currently in foster care.
Additionally, Care Plus NJ’s Family Engagement Services provide eligible
families with support in their efforts towards rapid, goal-oriented
reunification.
